UPCOMING CHANGES AT ROCKBOURNE FROM MARCH 2022
The biggest change is to our season tickets. We have reduced the number of fish on both the 12 month and 6 month ticket, by 5 fish and 2 fish, respectively. This change may seem small, but it reduces the initial cost for those wanting to join. We also recognise how valuable to the fishery our season ticket holders are. So, you can now top up your ticket with fish at a reduced price compared to purchasing another full priced ticket once your fish limit has been reached and this makes the ticket even better value! |
Season tickets
*£400 12 months, 20 fish, unlimited visits until fish limit is reached
*£210 6 months, 10 fish, unlimited visits until fish limit is reached
- Season tickets can now be topped up within the duration of your ticket if you catch your 10 or 20 fish limit, instead of buying a full priced ticket again.
- You will be issued fish tokens when you buy a season ticket and when you top up your ticket. One fish token is to be handed in for each fish you catch along with your completed returns card in the envelope provided. This will enable you to keep track of how many fish you have remaining.
- Any extra fish purchased must be used by the date of expiry of your 6 or 12 month season ticket and cannot be carried over to a new ticket.
- Any fish remaining on the ticket after it expires can be taken as either fresh or frozen fish. (subject to availability and letting us know in advance)
- Fish are not transferable to another person.
- Once your 6 month or 12 month season ticket expires a new full priced ticket must be purchased to carry on fishing.

Member’s day
On the first Tuesday of each month, we will be holding a member’s day. We are trying to encourage as many of our wonderful season ticket holders to attend as possible, so we can build a community of like-minded fly fishers. It will enable you to meet each other, socialise, build friendships, learn or share your knowledge and exchange fishing tales of those special fish you’ve caught or “the one that got away”.
Our fishery manager Simeon will also be around in the morning if you have any fly fishing related questions or if you’d like some help to brush up on your casting.
For those that attend we will also offer you a complimentary breakfast roll, either bacon or bacon and egg , served at 10am in our lodge (please book in by Monday if you’d like breakfast)
Tea and coffee
We often get asked about providing complimentary tea and coffee and from the 1st March we are pleased to announce that this will be available in the lodge.
Exclusive use of fishery
From November to February, we will now be offering exclusive use of the fisheries six lakes to groups of 8 or more people for £85 per person, this will include a 4 fish ticket and a full English breakfast and tea/coffee available all day. (Extra rods can be added at £85 each) |
